THE BARE HOOF NATURAL TRIM !

                                       

The Hoof is alive. If you cut it, it bleeds. It feels pain. It bruises when too soft. It grows, it wears and heals itself when given a chance to do so.

Yet we continue to pound nails into these sensitive areas, to attach chunks of iron. We convince ourselves, "My horse needs shoes", or "My horse performs better with shoes" or even "My horses feet will wear off without shoes". WHAT!!??

NOTHING could be further from the truth! Read on....

 

I'm trying to show you the nails and shoes are hurting my feet. Why can't you hear me?

YOUR horse can be the way they were meant to be, bare foot and with a natural trim:

Shoeless, Balanced and painfree.  And you'll have a much better, healthier, happier horse as a result. Why would you want it any other way?

If you feel your horse cannot be barefoot then you should ask yourself; "WHY? What's wrong with my horse? He or she is not SOUND without shoes."

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• A bare hoof & natural trim is painless, gentle, & non-invasive. It is healing.
• I answer all questions before, during & after the barehoof trim. I want the owners to feel 100% at ease. And since you know your horse better than anyone else... I listen to your concerns as well. So be prepared to "Get in my face". <grin>
• Had bad experiences with an "angry" abusive farrier or trimmer in the past? In my opinion, hitting an animal even once, in anger is WRONG! The horse did nothing other than act like a horse! I re-evaluate my methods instead. Figure out what I am doing wrong with my attempts to make the horse feel comfortable and then correct it. Either way I  DON'T blame it on the horse. Now..in DEFENSE of all farriers & trimmers, we are not trainers. If you cannot easily pick out your horses feet then you cannot expect us to be able to trim them.
• Navicular, Laminitus, Founder, white line disease, & thrush are scarce or non existant  in the wild. In domestication they are man caused issues. And frankly, I believe we can darn well fix them!
• Trimming method is based upon the best principals and studies of trimmers & teachers like Jaime Jackson, Pete Ramey, Marjorie Smith and others..
