A long way to go. Poor Jacob.
Long heels
terrible angles
severe contraction in the frog & bulb area
No concave shape in the sole at all.
The heel has been lowered somewhat. It will take time, as I cannot invade live sole and hurt him. Heels are still way too long.
Note the new angle trying to grow in (top of the 'a").
His sole is much cleaner, and becoming slighty concave. Still a long way to go.
Better. The hoof is wet. Just out of a soaking of apple cider
vinegar & water.
Note the multiple abscesses on both sides of the frog. All that damage inside is working it's way out. I feel so bad for him.
The heels are slooooowwwwly coming down.
Hoof shape- outer wall is becoming more round.
Sole is becoming concave!
I have the toe backed up to the white line. Still very long.
Slight decontraction lots more to go.

Yeehaaa! No more abscessing! You should see him play. Slight limp in left front still but finally healing!
